Who We Are

1. We are a Pedorthic clinic newly opened in June 2008 to serve Kingston and area for lower limb biomechanical pedorthic issues.
2. We began initially as "I Stand Corrected " but adopted a new name as "Stand Your Ground" later in 2009.
3. We opened as a small clinic with two employees – Linda and Jennifer. We have now expanded to include Amy, Theresa, Sarah, and Matt.
4. Services included are:

• biomechanical evaluation and gait analysis
• custom fitted on-site orthoses, fabricated and
• personal orthopaedic shoe fitting
• orthopaedic footwear modification
• lower limb bracing, both custom and soft
• follow up appointments for check ups and adjustments
• lower limb foot findings
• further referrals to other paramedical services
• suggested conditions exercises for related
