As a new member to the Stand Your Ground team, you will hold the title of “Fit Expert” and you will have the opportunity to positively impact lives.

We are currently searching for a part-time team member, that can develop into a more permanent position within a few months, for the right candidate. Starting wage ($16 – $19 p/hr) will be determined based on the level of related education, experience and enthusiasm of the applicant. Your initial responsibilities will include working one-on-one with individual clients to find the best possible fit in orthopaedic footwear, compression and bracing products, along with frontline customer service duties. With successful in-house training and development, the ideal candidate may have an opportunity to join our team in a permanent capacity. Opportunities for advancement are often available for the right individuals.

Preferred qualifications include work experience in a clinical setting or shoe retail setting, with training or education in one or more of the following: orthopaedic, physiotherapy or occupational therapy.
