Fit Expert

Hayley has completed her 4-year undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Science, Specialization in Kinesiology at Queen’s University. She hopes of furthering her knowledge of human kinetics and improving the quality of life of members within the Kingston community and is excited for her role as a Fit Expert. She looks forward to applying the knowledge she gains from her time at Stand Your Ground in a field that pedestals social determinants of health. In addition to her role within the clinic she enjoy volunteering with grassroots organizations, listening to live music and playing various sports.
